To celebrate its 75th anniversary Nordic Ware has introduced the Braided Collection. The braided design creates a beautiful pattern on the cake. The pan is made of cast aluminum with a non-stick coating making it easy for the baked goods to release and bake evenly and efficiently. Allow the baked cake to rest in the pan for 10 minutes then simply invert the cake out of the pan. The pan should be hand washed.
