To celebrate its 75 years Nordic Ware has introduced the Braided Collection. The braided design gives a beautiful design on the cake. The mold is made of cast aluminum with a non-stick coating which makes it easy for the baked goods to release and bake in an even and efficient way. Let the finished cake rest in the tin for 10 minutes then just turn the cake out of the tin. The mold must be washed by hand.
