Fluval Nano Aquarium Filter is an optimal water filtration system for small aquariums up to 55 liters (15 US gal) including Fluval's EBI Nano Shrimp Habitat and Fluval's Flora Aquatic Plant Kit. Equipped with foam filter media it provides efficient and thorough mechanical and biological filtration. A fine foam pad catches small debris and a Bio-Foam catches dirt and houses nitrifying bacteria. The filter also allows for the addition of a carbon cartridge (sold separately) for additional chemical filtration. The Nano filter has an adjustable flow output with an attachable spray bar that distributes a gentle even stream of water making it safe for delicate fish or shrimp.
