Rapture ist das fünfte Studioalbum der erfolgreichen holländischen Liveband Sven Hammond. Das neue Album wurde von der Band selbst in ihrem eigenen Studio in Delft geschrieben aufgenommen und produziert und enthält einige One-Takes und improvisierte Momente. Zu hören sind Einflüsse aus Soul Rock’n’roll und sexy Rhythm and Blues. Zudem sind unter anderem Features von Kris Berry (NL) und Marcus Mann (US) auf der Platte zu finden. Rapture is an album that has its origin in performing from the heart” sagt Gründungsmitglied und Frontmann Sven Figee. Die Band geht im Herbst auf große Clubtour durch die Niederlande und wird Ende des Jahres auch in Deutschland einige kleine Shows spielen.
