The Reebok Rep Set is the equipment you need for group training in the gym where hard and fun training is offered such as Les Mills Bodypump™. The set includes a barbell 6 weight plates and locks. Due to the versatility and simplicity of the equipment the equipment is indispensable for both individual exercises and group training. In addition the equipment can also be used for home training. The Ø25 mm. thick Rep Bar (barbell) weighs 2.1 kg. Weights can be mounted on it as needed. You can combine between 2 x 1.25 kg. 2 x 2.5 kg. and 2 x 5 kg.. This means that all participants in the team can have exactly the weight that suits their level. Two easy and secure locks are included for quick replacement of plates during a training session.
