The exposed 135-degree split self-centering point of the drill head combines active cutting with perfect centering without displacement for maximum precision. This precision-ground drill head made of HSS (high-speed steel) provides up to 40% faster drilling and up to 50% lower clamping pressure than standard ground HSS cutting edge drill heads.
