It has an external hexagonal shaft of 1 4 inch and is intended for universal mounting of screws with screwdrivers and screw machines. The Max Grip screwdriver bit provides an exceptionally firm grip when installing screws. A micro-rough surface and titanium nitride coating prevent it from slipping out of the screw head providing better torque. This protects the screw and surface from damage. The pointed torsion zone easily handles maximum circumferential speeds as it absorbs force and vibrations during installation of screws.
