Paris Icone is a reinterpretation of Peugeot's iconic Paris mill which since the beginning has become the king mill and first choice of the culinary world. The mill's beautiful lines in lacquered wood are embellished with a shiny metal top under which it is easy to refill the mill. The mill's knob is designed so that you can easily tell the difference between salt and pepper: salt is marked with a white ring around the knob while pepper has a black ring. The Paris Icone features the ingenious and patented u'Select grinding system which with six different fixed settings makes it easy to grind salt or pepper to the right size every time - from very fine to coarse.
