The concept of the Paris Nature 22cm pepper mill is unique in its vision to be more resource efficient and more respectful of the environment. During the manufacturing cycle of our salt and pepper mills some wooden parts with visual inconsistency and overly rough texture are discarded. However their intrinsic qualities remain intact so we aim to repurpose these valuable parts and reinforce them by spraying crushed walnut shells onto the body of the salt and pepper mills. This is what gives this exceptional Paris Nature pepper mill its stunning natural appearance. The body of the Paris Nature pepper mill is then protected by an ecological varnish of vegetable origin composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the authentic character of the wood and ensure its maximum longevity.
