The Paris Nature 18cm pepper mill is unique as a piece of culinary art and design technology having been visualised to be more resource efficient and more respectful of the environment. During the manufacturing cycle of our salt and pepper mills some of the wood is discarded if it is considered to be inconsistent in appearance and texture. However the intrinsic qualities of strength and durability remain intact and so we undergo a process of original texturing by spraying crushed walnut shells onto the body of the salt and pepper mills. This has given the manual Paris Nature pepper mill a unique and authentic style. The body of the Paris Nature mill is then protected by an ecological varnish of vegetable origin composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the natural character of the wood and ensure its maximum longevity. Any foody who appreciates all the nuances of flavour and loves to experiment with cooking will be seduced by this innovative pepper mill.
