With this spaetzle lid from Küchenprofi it becomes easy to make spaetzle. You have to make a thick pasta dough and bring some water to a boil. Using a dough scraper (supplied) press the mass through the sieve and into the boiling water. They are done when they float to the surface and you can enjoy your spaetzle.
