The PASTACASA ravioli mold can be used on two practical boats. The outer side is used to cut out the dough but the inner side is used to seal your dough. The ravioli former can also be used for other dishes such as dumplings and mini pierogies. Put the dough with the filling into the ravioli mold and press the two ends together. The dough is now tightly closed and ready to be boiled steamed fried or baked whatever you decide to make.
