The non-stick frying pan from the TWIN® Choice range is ideal for gently frying fish cooking tasty rice dishes such as nasi goreng or making delicious pancakes and various dishes with eggs. Its useful Ceraforce Ultra coating ensures that no food sticks to the bottom of the pan during frying. Free from PTFE and PFOA the pan is not harmful to health even at high temperatures. Do not use the frying pan at temperatures above 200°C. The frying pan has a diameter of 20 cm and can be used on all types of stoves including induction. As with all coated pans it is best to wash by hand. The base consists of an aluminium core surrounded by two layers of stainless steel. This core ensures that the heat is distributed quickly and evenly so you can turn down the stove's temperature earlier than usual. The frying pan can also be hung up using the ergonomic stainless steel handle so it's always close at hand.
