The radio room thermostat for the individual regulation of underfloor heating and electric radiators. The DuoFern room thermostat 2 9433-1 (2nd generation) automatically measures and controls the room temperature of individual rooms for example by controlling a radiator underfloor heating or air conditioning. The temperature is either measured by the built-in sensor or by the optional external remote sensor 9485-F. The room thermostat has a potential-free relay output. Your underfloor heating can now also be integrated into the HomePilot® Smart Home with the radio room temperature controller thanks to the integrated DuoFern radio interface. A stand-alone system can be achieved in combination with the DuoFern radiator actuator 2. The measured temperature of the room thermostat can optionally be used to control the radiator actuator (2nd generation). The DuoFern room thermostat can be used and configured in three different heating modes: room temperature controller room temperature controller with limiter function and cooling function. The DuoFern room thermostat (2nd generation) can also be combined with the DuoFern radiator actuator (2nd generation) to control it. The DuoFern room thermostat can be connected directly to a DuoFern actuator via radio. Connected to one or more valves this combination therefore enables individual room regulation without any peripherals. Up to six heating or cooling phases (incl. four target temperatures) can be configured for each day. The following appliances for example can be connected to the potential-free relay output: control valves (also extra-low voltage valves) heaters (also electrical heaters up to max. 2300 W) and air conditioning systems. The remote sensor 9485-F is optionally available as an external temperature sensor if the internal sensor cannot reliably record the room temperature. This may be useful if: * The DuoFern room thermostat is installed in a thermally unfavourable position (e.g. on a cool exterior wall) * Large loads (e.g. electric heaters) are switched on that significantly heat up the DuoFern room thermostat (self-heating) The device is manually operated with the plus and minus button. These buttons can be used to gradually increase or decrease the target temperature by 0.5°C. The DuoFern room thermostat is designed as a flush-mounted device for indoor rooms. The electrical connection is carried out by means of the connecting terminals on the rear side of the installation housing. The DuoFern room thermostat can be integrated into a standard switch range (50 x 50 mm). It may be necessary to use an intermediate frame measuring 50 x 50 mm (according to DIN 49075) depending on the switch range used. For instance the preconfigured scene is triggered if a specific temperature is recorded on the thermostat in summer and sent to the HomePilot: For example the external Venetian blinds automatically provide sun shading for the conservatory so that the sunlight does not continue to heat it up.
