The pasta spoon from Kochblume is 30 cm and has an interior of stainless spring steel and an exterior of food-safe silicone. The combination of those materials makes Kochblume's tools more flexible and hard-wearing. In addition it also means that the tools are suitable for high temperatures up to 260 degrees. This means for example that you can leave your utensils on a hot pan without damaging the pan or the utensils. The pasta spoon is BPA-free and can withstand being put in the dishwasher.
