The Global GS-1 is the smallest chef's knife in the series with an 11 cm blade ideal for smaller kitchen tasks such as slicing fruit and vegetables. The knife is made of Cromova18 stainless steel with a sharp 15° cutting edge hollow handle and designed by Komin Yamada in Japan. Must be washed by hand.
