The GSF-15 is one of the most popular small knives in Global's range and is often included in their sets. With an 8 cm blade it is ideal for precision work such as peeling cutting fruit and other small kitchen tasks. The knife is versatile enough to cover the functions of the rest of the GSF series and acts as a classic all-round knife. The fully forged blade is robust enough to cut into smaller pieces of meat and withstands some pressure but should not be used as a tool for opening cans for example. The GSF-15 is made of Cromova18 stainless steel with a hardness of Rockwell C56-58 has a sharp cutting edge of 15 degrees and should only be washed by hand. It was designed by Komin Yamada and produced in Japan.
