The TITAN LIFE Bumper Plate is a perfect weight plate for cross training. It has a hole diameter of 50 mm and therefore fits all Olympic barbells. It is made of solid rubber with a stainless steel insert which makes it resistant to impacts and hard throws to the floor. The weight plate has been tested and can withstand many drops.
