Wiser smoke alarm 230V uses a photoelectric sensor to detect smoke from a fire and false alarms are minimized via advanced 2-chamber detection. It also includes a temperature sensor that triggers an alarm when the temperature rises rapidly. When there is a connection to the Wiser system (requires Wiser Gateway) the smoke alarm sends a notification via the Wiser app where it can also be programmed that lights connected to the system should turn on. The alarm is equipped with a siren that emits a sound of up to 85 dB at the same time as it gives a message in the app and with the built-in LEDs. The smoke alarm must be positioned so that it is supplied with 230 V and fits on a PL box but also contains a fixed-mounted rechargeable backup battery with a lifetime of up to 10 years. Several smoke alarms both with 230V and battery supply can be connected to each other so that one alarm will trigger sound from all alarms in the home in the event of a fire - even if the internet connection is down. With the Wiser gateway this connection happens automatically. Smoke alarm is CE certified (EN 14604)
