Elma BM 251 is a new handy multi meter with a lot of funktions and build-in PC-communication. The instrument measures current voltage frequency resitance and continuity. The instrument has build-in non contact detecting of electrical fields which can be used for detecting electromagnetical fields from PC screens or as non contact voltage detector.
