DUKA One S6B Plus is a ventilation solution with heat recovery specially designed for wet rooms. Bathrooms utility rooms and toilets are the most moisture-laden in a home so it is important to get the moisture away from these rooms and out into the open air. It is important to get the moisture out as moisture provides good living conditions for house dust mites and mould which in the worst case can cause allergies. That is why we have developed a special DUKA One model intended for the home's wet room. When the bathroom (or the other wet rooms) are not in use the DUKA One unit will provide basic ventilation with heat recovery. The unit has a built-in humidity sensor and when it is activated the unit will switch to forced operation with pure extraction at stage III. This is important as the moisture from the bathroom must not move to the adjacent rooms. When the moisture level is again below the set limit the unit will switch back to basic ventilation with heat recovery. DUKA Ventilation recommends! That the unit is connected to the external light switch so that when the light is switched on in the bathroom the unit will switch to forced operation with extraction on level II so that air nuisance from visits to the toilet is minimised.
