The HiluX built-in spot is a safe choice if you need a spot that is intended to be built into cupboards and where there is a cut-out hole of 56-62mm. Consequently the spot is just 10.7mm in height. The spot lights up with 2700K which is a calm warm white and it also has a high color rendering which is Ra 97. It can be dimmed with all common dimmers! (Requires HiluX D1 LED Driver) The spot replaces the halogen spot of 30W and has an IP54 which means that it can handle both steam and moisture without problems. One of the great advantages of HiluX D1 Gen2 is that you can reuse old cables which can normally be very difficult to replace e.g. behind a cupboard using the WAGO clamps on the back. Only the loose spots are sold here without an attachment ring (which can be seen in some of the pictures bought separately). Also remember to buy a HiluX D1 LED driver.
