When you have to bake bread buns or pizza a baking steel is absolutely brilliant and almost indispensable.Place the baking tray in the center of the oven and let it preheat at approx. 260 °C for 40-45 minutes - then it's ready forthe bread. After use let the baking steel cool in the oven.When the baking steel is not in use it is stored dry to avoid the risk of rust.
