Steelsafe Pro -pans combine the benefits of a steel pan and a non-stick coated pan! The patented steel honeycomb structure placed 0 5 mm higher than the coating protects the non-stick coating therefore steel utensils can also be used on the pan and the surface is extremely durable. The diameter of the pan is 28 cm the diameter of the base is 22 cm. The pan is suitable on all stoves including induction because of its steel build. The handle is also steel thus the pan can be used in the oven (max 260°C). Inside of the strong steel build is an aluminiumheart which spreads the heat efficiently and evenly all around the pan. The coating does not contain any PFOA compounds. Hand wash to make the pan last even longer.
