GIOTTO Decor Textile. Fabric fibre pens - for decorating all types of fabric. Colours mark surfaces permanently and are resistant to washing at up to 40°. All Decor Textile inks are waterbased and safe. Pens have a special brush nib which is ideal for use on fabrics. Blocked nib safety cap and ventilated cap. All colours wash off hands easily.
