Lovely free-standing speedball from the brand Toorx for those of you who don't want to mount it on a wall. A free-standing speed bag is used to train reflexes and reaction time and thus not to practice the hard hits. This free-standing speedball can be adjusted in height between 60 and 120 cm so you can adapt it to your perfect working height. The strong base measures 48 x 23 cm and can either be filled with 15 liters of water or 15 liters of sand so that it stands properly. Speedball measures 20 x 25 cm.
