With this plaster cast set from SES Creative you can cast a large tough plaster dragon that you can then paint yourself with luminous glow-in-the-dark paint. Pour the plaster into the two parts of the mold. When the plaster is dry stick both parts of the dragon together with the supplied wings and the fire in between. Paint the dragon in your favorite colors and don't forget the glow in the dark paint for an extra cool effect.
