2019 begeht die Gemeindepädagogische Ausbildung in Potsdam und Berlin ihr 40-jähriges Bestehen. The book makes a contribution towards the ongoing discussions with regards to church theory. This contribution focuses on the cooperation of different professions in the church and that lay people and the professional knowledge they have are indispensable to the church.
