The original legitimation basis for this deviation continues to apply despite the legislative reforms that have been enacted in the meantime. This applies in particular with regard to the abolition of § 419 BGB. However the scope of the inheritance purchaser liability must be modified so as not to overstretch the protective idea of the standards.
