'Juvenile Criminal Law and System Crimality. In the last century German courts faced this very tension on two occasions. This study examines the role juvenile criminal law has played in coming to terms with Nazi and GDR crimes and explores how the legislature and the courts have managed the resulting conflicts of objectives.
