The emerging networking paradigms raise new challenging sci- ti?c and technological problems embedded in complex policy governance and worldwide standards issues. Dealing with the diversity of these scienti?c and social political and economic challenges requires the integration of a wide range of research capabilities a role that Euro-NF aims to ful?ll.
