Aufgenommen wurden sie im Großformat auf Film während einiger Fahrten im Rahmen einer Auftragsarbeit. Die Großbildkamera bedingt den Einsatz eines Statives. Man muss anhalten einen Stand- und Sichtpunkt bestimmen um Unschärfen zu vermeiden. Diese Präzision der Technik spiegelt sich in den ruhigen und sorgfältig komponierten Bildern wider. Francesco Neri (*1982) ist Professor für Fotografie am Institut für Graphic Design in Faenza und Mitglied der AA School of Architecture London. Seit über fünfzehn Jahren arbeitet er an verschiedenen fotografischen Langzeitprojekten vor allem im Bereich der Portrait- aber auch der Landschafts- und Interieurfotografie. »Porto Tolle« ist seine dritte monografische Publikation! ---------------------------------------------------------- When you meet a person you get a glimmer of possibilities a passing combination of gestures attitudes glances (...) Francesco Neri (*1982) is Professor of Photography at the Institute for Graphic Design in Faenza and a member of the AA School of Architecture London. For more than fifteen years he has been working on various long-term photographic projects especially in the field of portraiture but landscape and interiors are also among his fields of interest. Porto Tolle is his third monograph!
