How it works: Place the coffee maker on a flat surface and remove the plunger. Add coarse ground coffee - we recommend using twice as much as you normally would. Add fresh cold water and stir with a plastic spoon. Put the lid on put the jug in the fridge and let the coffee brew for 12 to 24 hours. After brewing take the coffee out of the fridge replace the lid with the plunger and gently but firmly press the plunger through the coffee.
