The Pivot™+ Wine Preservation System combines preservation with aeration delivering a more aromatic and flavorful wine as you pour with the included Pivot™ Aerator attachment. The remaining wine is then preserved for up to 4 weeks ensuring a fresh-tasting glass when you are ready for it. Match your wine to your mood dinner courses or the weather the choice is yours. With the Pivot ™System you open the bottle and replace the original closure with the specially designed Pivot™ Stopper. The Pivot™ Device is then inserted through the Stopper to pour. The Pivot™ System works with any bottle of still wine regardless of closure type. Because the bottle has been opened wine will remain fresh up to 4 weeks. For most everyday wines this is plenty of time to finish the bottle knowing your last glass will taste just as fresh as the first.
