The pancake pan from Mette Blomsterberg is the answer to pure quality! In addition to quality you also get a pancake mold that lets you bake some wonderful pancakes for family and friends. You can also half fried eggs on this unique pan. The pan has a low edge which makes it quite easy to turn the pancakes so that they are properly cooked on both sides. The pan is made of satin polished stainless steel 3-PLY (aluminum core with stainless steel on the inside and outside from bottom to edge). In other words this means that there is an even distribution of heat. This ensures some perfectly cooked pancakes or fried eggs.
