This optical smoke alarm features a large Hush button for easy temporary silencing—perfect when cooking or frying food. A single press mutes the alarm for approximately 10 minutes after which it automatically reactivates. The included battery powers the unit which emits a loud 85 dB warning when smoke is detected. Certified according to EN14604 standards and designed for a service life of 8 years.
