The game involves hitting the ball into the net without the opposing team being able to return the ball to the net in three shots. Influenced by volleyball among other things the ball should instead go into the net and bounce instead of being shot over the net. When the ball bounces into the net it passes to the opposing team and they must try to return the ball to the net. The ball may be passed shot between the team's players a maximum of 3 times where the third time must go towards the net. During the game players may stand anywhere around the net.
