A high-quality santoku with a 17 cm blade that is suitable for many kitchen tasks. The oval grind on both sides of the santoku knife reduces sticking when slicing. Made of highly sharpenable Nitrum stainless steel with a hardness of 56 HRC. The blade sharpening angle is 20 degrees so ARCOS knives are durable and easy-to-care-for tools for daily use.
