In the Vitamix Aer Disc jug of 1.4 litres the classic knife has been replaced with a special flat disc which can be used to froth an airy foam. You can make lattes mayonnaise whipped cream aqua faba and cream buns among other things - only your imagination sets the limits. The jug is 100% BPA-free plastic and can withstand both cold and heat. Vitamix Aer Disc jug fits all Vitamix Ascent models - i.e. A2300I A2500I A3500I. The Aer Disc pitcher has Interlock which means that the blender recognizes the pitcher and sets its programs according to the pitcher. In addition the jug and blender also detect whether the lid is correctly fitted.
